The Options Price Reporting Authority (OPRA) is responsible for aggregating and disseminating price quotations for listed options contracts in the U.S. OPRA provides data feeds to financial firms, brokers, and traders, displaying the national best bid and offer for an options contract or series.
When is a response to an OPRA request due? Generally: As soon as possible. But no later than seven (7) business days after custodians receipt of the request.
You may also complete and submit a web enabled version of this request form at .nj.gov/opra. OAG-LPS will also accept submission of requests by email to the OAG-LPS Custodians official OPRA email address. Contact information, including the official OPRA email address for each OAG-LPS Custodian, is listed below.
To obtain public records, please print out the attached OPRA (Open Public Records Act) Request Form. Upon completing the form, please email it to Nicholas Magarelli at nmagarelli@fairlawn.org or bring it to the Municipal Clerks Office in Borough Hall. A written response will be received within 7 business days.
