Can you use glue on a shipping label?

I think 'stick' glue is ok as long as it doesn't come through the labels. I've never knowingly used that particular brand so can't tell either way. However, I know it can be a fiddly, slight inconvenience taping labels, but I prefer taping them with clear tape as it also protects from the wet.

You can use clear tape on all four sides of your shipping label to secure it to your package. It is not recommended that you tape over the bar code or any other scannable elements or the scan might fail.

I just use glue, no tape at all, to attach shipping labels and I've never had a problem with it. I used to do the book-burrito thing where you wrap the book in b-flute, attach the label then put the whole thing into a vacuum-sealed bag.
