I think 'stick' glue is ok as long as it doesn't come through the labels. I've never knowingly used that particular brand so can't tell either way. However, I know it can be a fiddly, slight inconvenience taping labels, but I prefer taping them with clear tape as it also protects from the wet.

Where do I place the label on my box? Attach the label (or the pouch that holds the label) to the package's largest surface. If you're using a pouch, be sure to seal it after inserting the label. Use ample pressure to apply the label, making sure all edges are stuck to the box.
I just use glue, no tape at all, to attach shipping labels and I've never had a problem with it. I used to do the book-burrito thing where you wrap the book in b-flute, attach the label then put the whole thing into a vacuum-sealed bag.
