1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the VCCS Form 102 in the editor.
2. Begin by entering the college name, college code, and FICE code at the top of the form.
3. In section 1, provide the title of the proposed curriculum. Ensure this is clear and descriptive.
4. Indicate the proposed initiation date for your program in section 2, selecting either Fall or Spring and specifying the year.
5. For program level in section 3, check all applicable boxes for transfer or occupational/technical programs and specify if it’s an AA, AAS, AS, AAA, AA&S, diploma, or certificate.
6. In section 4, indicate whether additional funding is required. If yes, specify amounts for facilities, equipment, operations, and any other needs.

8. Fill out FTES enrollment projections in section 7 for each of the first three years.
9. Answer questions regarding distance education offerings in section 8.
10. Complete sections on estimated annual job openings and source/date of data before finalizing your submission.
