What's on offer? Seniors Card and Pensioners Concession Card holders are eligible to apply for a Senior/Pensioner Gold Opal Card. When using this card you can travel as much as you want on metro, train, bus, ferry, and light rail services within the Opal network and you never pay more than $2.50 a day.
Victorian Seniors Card, Seniors Business Discount Card and Carer Card holders can purchase WISH Gift Cards at a 5% discount. WISH Gift Cards can be used to pay for everyday expenses like groceries and household items at participating Woolworths Supermarkets, BIG W, Caltex Woolworths and EG branded fuel sites and more.
*Concession and Gold Senior/Pensioner Opal cards need to be applied for, you cannot get these Opal cards at the airport train stations. **If you use an Opal card to travel by train to or from the Sydney Airport more than twice in a week (Monday to Sunday), the Sydney Airport station access fee weekly cap is applied.
