The Therapy Goals Information Form (TGIF) is a tool developed to track a child's progress towards specific outcomes related to their Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) or Individualized Education Program (IEP). It allows teachers, parents, or specialists to rate the frequency and independence of a child's performance on these outcomes using a scale from 1 to 6. The TGIF is part of the routines-based assessment process within the Individualizing Inclusion model and will be utilized in the National Individualizing Preschool Inclusion Project for monitoring child progress and evaluating the effectiveness of inclusion strategies.
