4. In Schedule B, list each seller’s name and address, their percentage of ownership, share of gross proceeds, and any gain reported in an affidavit.
5. Complete Schedule C by distributing the tax withheld among sellers based on their ownership percentages.
6. Ensure all parts are filled accurately; attach any necessary affidavits before submitting Part 1 to the State Tax Commission.
