A Final Tentative Date may be extended only once, by a maximum of 120 days. If your Final Tentative Occupancy Date is extended, or at 90 days prior to your Final Tentative Occupancy Date, your occupancy date will become a Firm Occupancy Date. Occupancy dates progress from tentative, to final tentative and then to firm.
Critical Dates means the First Tentative Occupancy Date, any subsequent Tentative Occupancy Date, the Final Tentative Occupancy Date, the Firm Occupancy Date, the Delayed Occupancy Date, the Outside Occupancy Date and the last day of the Purchasers Termination Period.
The Unavoidable Delay Period is made up of two parts. These are: ➢ The period of the strike itself; plus ➢ the Remobilization Period. This is any additional delay that occurs because of the strike (e.g., delay in trades returning to work, having to reschedule sequence of trades and so on).
Your occupancy date is the day youll be able to move into your new home. It may not align with closing day, despite the transfer of ownership that is taking place. Some counties require the title deed to be recorded in court before the new homeowner can move in.
The Outside Occupancy Date This is the latest date that your builder agreed to provide you with occupancy of your condominium unit. You and your builder agree upon this date at the time of signing the purchase agreement. The above dates must fall on a business day as defined in the Addendum.
