The Property Pass List contains personnel who may authorize the removal of government property. Department regulations require that all property leaving federal facilities be accompanied by proof of authorized possession or ownership, a Property Pass Optional Form 7, CD-50, or a sales receipt.

This pass is to be used whenever property is removed from the building. It is to be properly filled in, signed, and handed to the guard when leaving the building.
