To request preprinted air waybills, go to the Order Supplies page. Or you can call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 and say order shipping supplies at the prompt. (This document cant be used for FedEx International Next Flight or FedEx International MailService shipments. These shipments have their own air waybills.)

How to schedule a FedEx pickup with a billable stamp?

Alternatively, you may call FedEx at 1.800. 463.3339, 0, 0 and say I would like to schedule a FedEx Express Billable Stamp pick-up and I do not have the account number. Have your shipping label available when calling for a pick-up.

How to fill out a FedEx expanded billable stamp?

Write the date, your name, address, and telephone number in the From section on the right-hand side of the FedEx Billable Stamp (shipping label). DO NOT make any other changes to the stamp or sign the Release Signature area. Peel off the adhesive backing on the FedEx Billable Stamp.
