Click ‘Get Form’ to open the virtual shoebox in the editor.
Begin by filling out the 'Family Information' section. Enter your name and details for your spouse or other family members as required.
Proceed to the 'Personal Data' section. Here, input essential identification numbers such as Social Insurance Number, Driver's License Number, and Health Card details.
In the 'Computer/Internet Accounts' section, provide your passwords and account information. If you prefer, indicate where a hardcopy list of passwords is stored.
Continue through each section methodically, ensuring all fields are completed accurately. Sections include Personal Household Accounts, Other Important Documents, and Banking Information.

Scroll down until you see Shoebox under the Tools and Resources section on the right side of the page.
