Can you take segment 2 driver training online in Michigan?

SEGMENT TWO-LIVE ONLINE: You MUST have your Level 1 License for AT LEAST 3 months and have AT LEAST 30 hours of driving completed in order to be eligible for Segment 2. For online class you will be asked to provide payment ($100) AND pictures of your Level 1 License + Driving Log during sign-up.
