1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the showjumpers entry form in the editor.
2. Begin by entering the name of your school and the school manager's name in the designated fields.
3. Fill in the school contact address, telephone number, mobile number, and email address accurately to ensure smooth communication.
4. In the CLASS section, specify the class you are entering. Then, list each RIDER's name along with their AGE & DOB.
5. For each horse/pony being entered, provide their names in the HORSE/PONY section. Remember to add £2 per rider for First Aid cover in the FEE section.
6. Calculate the total fee based on the number of riders and enter it in the appropriate field.
7. Sign and date the form at the bottom. If a competitor is under 18, ensure a parent or guardian signs as well.
8. If you have any special requests, note them in the provided space before submitting your entry.
