All American citizen high school students (grades 9-12) are eligible to apply. Only one application per student, per award year will be accepted. Only non- winners may reapply each subsequent year. There is absolutely no cost to apply and a student does not need to demonstrate financial need in order to be eligible.
High school juniors and seniors or college students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or better are eligible. U.S. citizens only please. An essay of 250 words or less is required. One award of $500 will be given out per month.
You must be a national of and ordinarily resident in India; You must have a first-class undergraduate or masters degree from an Indian university; You must not hold a degree from a university outside of India (this rule does not apply to study undertaken whilst in receipt of a Felix Scholarship); and.
PBWCs Scholarship Program provides exceptional young women leaders with funds to help cover the costs of their undergraduate studies. As of 2023, PBWC has awarded over half a million dollars in scholarshipsand individual awards of up to $15,000to high-achieving female high school seniors.
Although scholarships are offered year-round, the vast majority of scholarship application deadlines occur from September through May.
