Per attivare la propria tessera sanitaria come strumento di autenticazione necessario che il cittadino recuperi i codici PIN, PUK e CIP relativi alla propria TS-CNS presso gli sportelli regionali abilitati presentando la tessera sanitaria e un documento di identit.

Quanto tempo ci vuole per attivare la smart card?

Lattivazione della smartcard avviene entro 30 minuti dallinvio del comando da parte delloperatore del call center o dallinvio del form.

Come faccio ad attivare la smart card?

Attivare la smart card: Prendere nota del numero di serie riportato sul retro della smart card; Inserire la smart card nel decoder e sintonizzarlo su un canale della piattaforma (Rai 1, Canale 5, la 7, per esempio). Chiamare il numero unico 199 309 409 (numero a pagamento) e seguire le istruzioni.
