Abstract. Background: Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a common condition for which there are numerous medical and surgical treatments. The 22-item Sino-Nasal Outcome Test (SNOT-22) is a patient-reported outcome measure often used with patients diagnosed with CRS.
The goal of this study was to analyze outcomes of FESS using prospectively collected data in a single surgeon series obtained through a symptom-based rhinosinusitis outcome measure, the Sino-nasal Outcome Test-22 (SNOT-22).
Sino-Nasal Outcome Test (SNOT-20) Rate the severity of your nasal symptoms over the past two weeks. After entering all ratings, please indicate the symptoms you hope will improve the most with treatment (up to 5). After submitting your answers, your total and average scores will be calculated.
Results. The overall normative SNOT-22 score can be detected to be 20.2 19.44.
Average SNOT Score The possible range of Average SNOT scores is 0 to 5, with higher scores indicating greater rhinosinusitis-related health burden.

The Sino-Nasal Outcome Tests (SNOT) were originally developed by Dr. Piccirillo as the Rhinosinusitis Outcome Measure-31 (RSOM-31) to measure the physical, functional, and emotional consequences of rhinosinusitis.
The possible range of Total SNOT scores is between 0 and 80 for the SNOT-16, 0 to 100 for the SNOT-20, and 0 to 110 for the SNOT-22. Higher scores indicate greater rhinosinusitis-related health burden.
