Fill in Closing Cost and Home Warranty amounts. Select Termite Clearance options and Loan Type from the provided choices.
Provide Buyer’s Agent Information including Office Name, First Name, Last Name, Office Phone, Cell Phone, E-Mail, and Agent’s MLS ID.
Repeat similar steps for Lender’s Agent Information ensuring all required fields are completed.
