In Section C: Installed Photovoltaic Systems Information, enter the actual values for 'DC System Size', 'Module Type', and other specifications based on your installation. Ensure that these match or exceed design requirements.
Complete Sections D through G by verifying shading requirements, solar access verification, and system monitoring requirements as per guidelines. Ensure all necessary documentation is attached.
