Jostens covers your jewelry if lost or stolen and Jostens receives your request for a replacement within four years from your jewelrys original ship date. You have the one-time opportunity to replace your jewelry with the same or similar design at a reduced cost.

Does Jostens buy back rings?

A 10K, 14K or 18K high school ring may be traded in for partial credit toward a new Jostens college ring. The trade-in credit will be based on the prevailing gold price at the time of trade-in. Credit for the trade-in will be allowed only if they accompany a new order. You may only trade-in one ring per order.
