2. Begin by filling out the Primary Borrower Information section. Enter your first name, middle initial, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, cell phone number, and email address.
3. If applicable, complete the Co-Borrower Information section with the same details for your co-borrower.
4. In the Loan Information section, provide your account number, loan number, loan type, and select the month you wish to skip a payment.
5. Review the Holiday Skip-A-Payment Agreement carefully. Ensure you understand all terms before signing.
6. Once completed, click on ‘Print Form’ to print your application. Sign and date where indicated for both primary and co-borrowers.
7. Return the signed form via fax at 281.534.5575, mail it to AMOCO Loan Department - HSAP at PO Box 584, League City, TX 77584-0584 or deliver it in person at any branch office.
