If you do not receive your kit, or the kit arrives damaged or is missing components, you may request a replacement kit or a full refund by contacting Customer Support within 60 days of the purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns of unused kits.
Does Labcorp send bills by email?
Once your lab testing has been completed, well send you a bill at least once a month until the balance has been paid off. We will always send your bill by mail and email. However, you may receive a text notification of your bill if you sign up for billing services texts.
Why did I get an invoice from Labcorp?
Labcorp received information from either your ordering physician or your insurance company indicating that you are responsible for all or part of the fees for testing services we provided.
What is Labcorp billing service?
The Client Bill Center, now part of Labcorp Link, allows you to securely pay invoices from Labcorp and its subsidiaries. The center is also your resource for submitting account and billing change requests and finding answers to invoice-related questions.
