What is the ratio of Xypex to water?

Using a trowel, mix one part clean water with six parts Xypex Concentrate powder by volume for 10 - 15 sec- onds. Lumps should be present in this mixture. Do not mix more than can be applied in 20 minutes.

What is the shelf life of Xypex?

Xypex products must be stored dry at a minimum temperature of 45F (7C). Shelf life is one year when stored under proper conditions.

Is Xypex better than other waterproofing?

Xypex is Different Xypex does not require costly surface priming or leveling prior to application. It cannot puncture, tear, or come apart at the seams. It does not require protection during backfilling or during placement of steel, wire mesh or other materials.

How much Xypex per m3 of concrete?

The recommended minimum dosage rate for Admix C-500 (Regular Grade) is 10 lbs. per yd3 (6 kg per m3); the maximum dosage is 20 lbs. per yd3 (12 kg per m3).
