Trillium has a history of use for various gynecological conditions and for controlling postpartum bleeding. Trillium may have a role in topical control of bleeding and provide relief from insect bites and skin irritations.
Medicaid benefits payable through Trillium are secondary to benefits payable by a primary payer, including Medicare, even if the primary payer states that its benefits are secondary to Medicaid benefits or otherwise limits its payments to Medicaid Member(s).
To qualify for an OTC card, you must be enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan that offers this benefit. While most beneficiaries become eligible at age 65, younger individuals with certain disabilities may also qualify. You also need to have worked and paid into Medicare for at least 10 years (40 quarters).
You can submit the private insurance premium information online using the Updating Private Insurance for Trillium Drug Program form available on the ministrys website at or you can send your documents to the TDP by mail, fax or email if you are not able to complete the online form
