What is the Trillium OTC benefit?

The OTC benefit offers you an easy way to get generic over-the-counter health and wellness products by phone or online at cvs.com/otchs/trillium. You order from a list of approved OTC items, and OTC Health Solutions will mail them directly to your home address. How much is my OTC benefit? You have $60 per quarter.

Who is eligible for the OTC benefit?

To qualify for an OTC card, you must be enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan that offers this benefit. While most beneficiaries become eligible at age 65, younger individuals with certain disabilities may also qualify. You also need to have worked and paid into Medicare for at least 10 years (40 quarters).

How do I update private insurance for Trillium Drug Program?

You can submit the private insurance premium information online using the Updating Private Insurance for Trillium Drug Program form available on the ministrys website at or you can send your documents to the TDP by mail, fax or email if you are not able to complete the online form
