What two pieces of documentation do you need to track your BACB hours?
Currently, the BACB requires the following documentation for each supervision experience: Monthly Fieldwork Verification Form (Monthly-FVF) Unique documentation system. Final Fieldwork Verification Form (Final-FVF) at the end of the supervision experience.
What are the requirements for RBT supervision log?
RBT supervision must consist of at least 5% of the total hours worked monthly, with a minimum of 2 hours per month. It is required that a minimum of two face-to-face contacts occur each month, and at least one of these should be an individual session.
How long does the BACB require you to keep your supervision documentation?
Supervision Contract. A statement that the trainee and supervisor are responsible for retaining and providing a copy of the contractual agreement and supervision documentation to the BACB, if requested. These documents should be retained for at least 7 years from the date of the final supervision meeting.
When to fill out final verification form BACB?
This form must be signed by the last day of the calendar month following the month of supervision, and both you and your supervisor must retain copies. Once youve completed all of your fieldwork and met all of the requirements, your supervisor will sign your Final Fieldwork Verification Form.
What are the fieldwork requirements for BACB supervision?
CONCENTRATED SUPERVISED FIELDWORK: You must accrue at least 20 hours, but not more than 130 hours. 6 supervision contacts with your supervisor are required in a supervisory period, and 1 observation with a client is required in this month. At least 10% of hours must be supervised.

Onset of Fieldwork. Trainees may not start accumulating fieldwork hours until they have: Started qualifying coursework for BCBA certification (they may begin accruing hours after attending the first class meeting); and Secured a qualified supervisor (see Supervisor Qualifications above).
What counts for BCBA hours?
Your fieldwork experience should encompass activities that will best prepare you for a BCBA role. Scheduling, administrative duties, laminating stimuli, or other tasks that arent behavior-analytic and/or duties specific to a behavior analyst cannot be counted.
