Is it easy to get SENTRI?

It's easy. A non-refundable fee is required with each completed application. After accepting your completed application and fee, CBP will review your application. If your application is conditionally approved, then your TTP account will instruct you to schedule an interview at a SENTRI Enrollment Center.

What documents are needed for SENTRI interview?

Each applicant must schedule a separate interview. You will need to bring your valid passport(s) and one other form of identification, such as a driver's license or ID card to the interview. If you are a lawful permanent resident, you must present your permanent resident card.

What happens if you go through SENTRI lane without pass?

All applicants must undergo a background check, in-person meeting, and have their car registered before enrollment begins. All persons attempting to go through the SENTRI lanes without a valid SENTRI pass will be turned around and will have to go to the very back of the regular lines and start over.

What should I expect at my SENTRI interview?

The SENTRI pass interview is held at one of the enrollment centers. The object is to explain the rules of the SENTRI pass program to you and take your fingerprints and a photograph. You must take the original ID documents submitted with your application \u2013 these will all be verified against your application form.

How long does it take to get a SENTRI pass?

The entire process can take between 2-6 months, depending upon the application and interview backlog. Your initial application only requires around 20-30 minutes, but conditional application approval could take up to 6 weeks, and the interview booking time period could be weeks or months.

What should I wear to my Global Entry interview?
