The DoD Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) is required of all nationalities traveling to all AORs (as shown in tables 1 and 2 above), with the exception of foreign nationals traveling to PACOM. ISOPREPs are valid for either 6 months or 1 year, depending on the destination AOR.
What information is needed for isoprep?
Number series that are part of public or military records (e.g., SSN, birthdates, phone numbers, Zip Code, etc.); Repeat numbers (e.g., 7777, 3243, 2979); Sequential numbers (e.g., 1234, 5678); and Zeros (e.g., 1097, 0418, etc.). Once completed, please inform the ES ISOPREP POC.
How often should I update isoprep?
Personnel are required to digitally submit their ISOPREP within six months of entering USSOUTHCOM AOR or, if already completed, personnel must review/update their ISOPREP every six months at the minimum, and prior to travel within the AOR.
How to review isoprep?
If you would like to review your ISOPREP, please use a SIPR terminal, or contact the ES ISOPREP POC to arrange access to a SIPR terminal.
How often do you need to complete isoprep?
Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) ISOPREPs are valid for either 6 months or 1 year, depending on the destination AOR. The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Security Managers Office (SMO) will keep your complete ISOPREP on file and record it in Personnel Recovery Mission Software (PRMS).
