  1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the divorce list in the editor.
  2. Begin by entering the date at the top of the form. This is crucial for record-keeping and ensures all parties are aware of when the document was created.
  3. Next, fill in your name and contact information, including your address. This personalizes the document and establishes your identity in the proceedings.

Plain copies of recent divorce records may be found using the Minnesota Court Records Online (MCRO). Certified copies of a divorce decree may be obtained from the county courthouse where the divorce was granted.
Divorce records are public records. You should be able to go to the family court and do a search based on your names. The hard part is figuring out where to do that - a person who files for divorce is supposed to do it in the county where the other spouse lives. So thats the starting point. Look where youve lived.
Divorce certificates are available from the Arkansas Department of Health and are obtainable online, by mail, and in person. All divorce certificates are available for divorces finalized from 1923, and cost $10 per copy. The Arkansas Department of Health may keep a search fee if no record is found.
You can check local court records to see if they have been a party to any court proceeding, not just a divorce or legal separation. Most modern court cases are maintained on electronic files, making them easy to search by name. If they have lived elsewhere, check the court records there.
