Steps to Create Your College Brag Sheet

1. Review College Requirements: Understand what specific colleges value (like leadership, community service, etc.) and tailor your brag sheet accordingly.

Legal and Ethical Considerations of Brag Sheets

While brag sheets are essential for self-promotion, maintaining integrity and honesty is fundamental. Misrepresenting achievements can lead to serious consequences if discovered, especially in academic or professional settings.

Maintaining Authenticity

• Fact-Check Entries: Ensure all information is accurate and verifiable to avoid any discrepancies during the recommendation process.
• Respect Confidentiality: Be mindful of any information that is personal to others or that was shared in private contexts.

Conclusion: Utility of the Brag Sheet Template
