What do pharmacy schools look for in letters of recommendation? Evaluators at pharmacy schools will select applicants based on their record of professionalism, work ethic, networking abilities and personal character.
Approximately 240 students are admitted to the PharmD program each year. Since many more candidates apply to the program than can be admitted, we are not able to offer admission to all qualified candidates.

Candidates must complete a specific set of undergraduate courses and requirements to qualify for admission into the program. Complete a minimum of two years of university in a Waterloo Science program (see page 5 for recommended programs) or in another university or post-secondary program.
