hello everyone mabuhay this is lori and im here to talk about flows and specifically sending an email using clothes to um more than one recipient and with an image the requirement was that there is some sort of branding in the in the email so what i did was to add um [Music] to add an image there i dont know if thats what they specif specifically asked for in terms of branding but thats what i did thats how i interpreted it so and the email was to be triggered by when the member which is a contact object is certified okay so once the member is certified then we should send the member a congratulatory email with some sort of branding there and cc to the contact owner so just to show you um im creating here in your contact so this signup email here is the field that i use to trigger the flow without the sign up email my flow will give you an error so um initially i was wondering why was it giving me error and i thought it was the flow but it was this because i had no input for my

Changing email format to HTML in Outlook First, there is always the option to switch the email format manually. When you reply to or forward a message, you can go to Format Text on the Outlooks ribbon and click HTML.
RTF (Rich Text Format) supports text formatting, including bullets, alignment, and linked objects. Outlook automatically creates meeting and task requests and messages with voting buttons in RTF format, regardless of the default format you have set.
There is no option in Outlook to change this default; Outlook will always reply and forward in the same format (Plain Text, Rich Text or HTML) of the original message. This is to keep the original message intact, maintain the preference or technical limitation of the original sender.
Click on Format Text in the Menu bar. Under the Format Text, you will get an option to toggle between HTML text, plain text, and Rich text. You can choose the HTML option and then send your email.
