the bookmarks bar in google chrome is very handy for accessing your most frequently visited websites quickly and easily and if you notice here most of my bookmarks on the left have text next to them and then the ones on the right a lot of them have no text turns out that you can actually edit the icons that show up here so if you can recognize a certain bookmark just by its icon you dont necessarily need to have text next to it which means you can fit more on here making your navigation that much easier so before i show you how i can do that i want to show you how to enable your bookmarks bar from google chrome settings so using the settings icon in the upper right hand corner the three dots click that and then hover over bookmarks and just make sure theres a check next to the show bookmarks bar next im going to show you how to create a bookmark for a website such as discovery channel here or discovery.com so you go to the website that you want to bookmark and then you can look for
