this is nick with logos by nick.com and in this tutorial ill be demonstrating how you can place an outline around your text using photoshop so to get us started here in photoshop the first thing im going to do is apply some text to the canvas here im going to choose the color of the text first by changing the foreground color over here im going to use a shade of blue for this demonstration and then i want to grab the text tool which is located over here im going to click on the canvas to create some placeholder text and for this demonstration i will just write outline text and if you want to change the size and the style of your text you could just press ctrl a to select all of it and you can come up up here to double click the size to select it and you can use your mouse wheel roll it up and down to increase and decrease the size of the text like that and then over here you can change the font as well if youd like i like this font im going to leave it just as it is for now let
