[Music] good morning so this video were going to talk about a ill call it loophole to where you can put a document through a docHub workflow and then lets say you need to modify it in some way the student calls you or someone calls you and says actually can you add this to it traditionally you would then have to just go through the whole workflow again youd have to send them the form theyd have to fill the whole thing out again but there is a way to where you can modify it after its been signed and then that way when you put it back through the workflow its just to maybe initial somewhere just something simple versus starting completely from scratch so im going to show you that loophole on how to do that first im going to sign into my docHub account okay once we are in um of course typically you would go to docHub requesting signatures um but i to save time lets just say i already put i sent a form to someone to sign and they signed it so im going to go over her

1. Cut or copy image from PDF Select your image. Right-click and choose Cut or Copy.
If you save a report in the PDF format, and the fonts look weird in the saved file - this may be caused by rare peculiarity local to your system. Basically, it's triggered by the absence (or manual removal) of the most widely-used Arial Font Family (causing the weird fonts to substitute it upon generating PDFs).
Go to the toolbar and choose Insert Symbols PDF. Select Insert Symbols PDF from the toolbar to get started. Go over the document and check it for errors and typos. Click DONE to finish editing your document.
When you see unreadable gibberish symbols as shown in the screenshot below, you are likely dealing with a corrupted PDF file. More specifically, your PDF document is probably missing important information about font character mapping. The reason for this can be that the document was produced incorrectly.
Click on the menu option Insert. On the drop-down menu, click on the menu option Symbol. On the Symbol screen that displays, click on the Special Characters tab. Click on the "section" symbol (§) in the list of symbols that displays, then click on Insert and Close.
Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then choose Tools > Edit PDF > Edit . Select the image or object. Note: Select multiple items if you want to edit them together in the same file.
Choose Tools > Comment. In the Comment toolbar, click Drawing Tools and select the drawing markup tool: The Rectangle tool , the Oval tool , the Arrow tool , and the Line tool let you create simple shapes.
Open the Glyphs panel Choose Type > Glyphs or Window > Type & Tables > Glyphs.
Restart your computer and try opening the PDF again Restart your computer, then open the web page again. Restarting clears the computer memory and memory cache. Simply restarting your computer frequently resolves display issues.
Here is how to add shapes to your PDF file on Acrobat Pro: Select Comment Tools. Click on Drawing Tools. Select your desired shape from the shapes menu on Drawing tools. To add more shapes for your selection, click on Expand Drawing Tools.
