lets say you have a column like this one and you want to add a word in front of it like this lets say you want to add book about tennis go here on top type equal quote book colon end quote space and space d for column d 2 for row 2 as this cell and then youll see the example appear showing up and then you just hit enter so you can still make corrections you notice that im missing a space after the colon so i just hit on the cell to select it go back up here and add a space and then hit enter again and you see that is now showing correctly now go to the bottom right corner click down and pull pull it down and youll see that the rules are applied to all the cells so now its duplicated with book in front of the product name now lets say you want to add the word print from column c to the n of the product name so so you want to show it like this print and parentheses so to make it show up like that you again click on this cell go back up type and space quote parentheses and quote s
