You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wont be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someones finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todays tutorial. Its kind of like an docHub PDF form, but its Microsofts version of it. Once the field has been added, insert your text and highlight the portion you would like hyperlinked. Click the Hyperlink icon (linked chains) from the styling dashboard and choose Insert Link. Enter your Link URL address and click the Insert button to add.

The short answer is that you can add a link just about anywhere. When you click into any editable text field, like a question, form title, or description, youll see a formatting toolbar below it, including a link icon. By clicking on the link icon, youll be able to enter both the URL and its display text.
Once youve selected your form, click the Responses tab at the top of the editor. This will take you to a page where you can view form responses. By default, the Accepting responses button is on. To close your Google Form, simply toggle it off.
To close a form immediately, you can simply flip a switch. You then have the option to display a custom message for those who still try to access the form. Open your form in Google Forms and go to the Responses tab at the top. Turn off the toggle for Accepting Responses.
