if you need to change your printing options you can do that easily using your terminal in this example were going to disable the printer altogether so first of all were going to go to image one where we select menu from the menu we select number seven miscellaneous number three for printer options and then number one for your receipt options then you will have the display of your current receipt setup so for this one its a dual copy which is merchant and customer so then we select change so you can see that dual number one means that it will be a merchant and customer copy number two single copy will be just a merchant and it wont give you the option to print off a customer copy or number three which is no copy at all so im going to select number three in this option it then shows you what youre going to be changing it to which is no copy and you simply press accept system doesnt need to reset it just changes it there and then and then away you go with your new printer option
