To add shapes to your PDF file on docHub: Click on the Drawing Tools Menu. Select the Drawing Tools Icon. Click on Expand Drawing Tools option to select your desired shape.
Place an image or object into a PDF Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then choose Tools Edit PDF Add Image . In the Open dialog box, locate the image file you want to place. Select the image file, and click Open. Click where you want to place the image, or click-drag to size the image as you place it.
Attach or embed files To attach a file, go to Insert Attach File in PDF. To embed a file, go to Insert Embed File in PDF. Browse to and select the file that you want to insert, and click Select on the Select File dialog. The following screenshot shows attached and embedded files in a source document: Figure 1.
How to add shapes to PDF files Open a PDF file and select the Annotate tab. Click the Shapes tool. Select shape, set opacity and customize its color on the sidebar on the right. Click where youd like to add the shape.
On the Review tab, in the Review Tools group, click Attach Files. The mouse pointer changes to a paperclip. Click on the document page where you want to attach a file.
Circle Annotations Start the Circle tool by clicking the in the Comment Tab on the toolbar or using the shortcut key Ctrl + Alt + C (Command + Alt + C on Mac) Click and drag to create your shape (Note: Hold the Shift key while drawing to create a perfect circle.)
Open the Attachments panel on the left side of the window (it has an icon of a paperclip), and then just drop the file into the panel and save the PDF.
Preferences for viewing PDFs The preferences settings control how the application behaves whenever you use it; they are not associated with any particular PDF document. To access the preferences dialog, choose Edit Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat / docHub Reader Preferences (macOS).
Click the Add button at the top of the attachment navigation panel to open the Add Attachment dialog box. Use the Look in drop-down list and click on your computer files in the Attach a File dialog box to browse to find the file you have saved and want to attach to the open PDF document.
Note: Pages cannot be inserted into a PDF that has been digitally signed or certified. Open the PDF into which you wish to insert pages. This process works on the currently active PDF. Go to Document Pages Insert Pages or press CTRL+SHIFT+I .
