This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable printing in a PDF document for protection. Open Windows Explorer and find the PDF file, then right-click to select "Make Secure PDF" in the PDF writer. In the Printing and Viewing tab, ensure the printing checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to confirm protection status. The file will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with Lock Lizard Secure PDF viewer. Printing is disabled, as the print icon is greyed out and keyboard shortcuts are ineffective.
