To add watermarks or backgrounds to PDFs using Foxit PDF Editor Pro, open the document and go to the Organize tab, then click on Watermark. Choose to add a watermark, either text or image, and customize the appearance by selecting font type, size, color, rotation, and opacity. In this example, the text watermark "DRAFT" was added, rotated 45 degrees, and set at 20% opacity. Click OK to finalize the changes.
