windows and opening the google chrome browser and then opening the smallpdf website in the search bar I am clicking on the PDF to Word tool on the smallpdf website and then uploading the scanned paper that I saved as JPEG file from my PC by clicking the choose file button I am clicking on the convert to Word button and then downloading the Word file that is converted from the scanned paper now I can open the Word file in Microsoft Word and edit the text as needed this is how you can edit a scanned document using the optical character recognition technology tool.
