To achieve this effect, open your powerpoint and import your image in the slide. Then, Copy Paste your image, and overlap the 2 images completely. Now, select your image and click on format tab. There, under the corrections tab, soften the image by 50%. Next, animate the image. Select your image, and add Wipe Exit effect to it. Now, click on insert and add Rectangle shape in the slide, by dragging the mouse button, and place it on the one end of the image. We need to animate this shape too!
