Today we're exploring a new feature in LessonPix called the symbol builder, which allows for custom symbols to be created by combining images. The symbol builder is located in the menu bar next to the quick search box. The new addition is the text tab, which enables users to add text in various fonts and colors directly into the custom symbol. In the tutorial, the text "hello" in Century Gothic font with a blue fill color and no border is added. The border color can be changed to make the text stand out against the background. LessonPix also allows for the text to be moved, resized, and rotated like any other symbol.
