Use Document Markup Using the Document Markup feature, recipients can make changes to a document. Recipients can use the markup tool to: White out, or cover up, document text to show deletions. Cover up text ,and add new text over the old text.
Voiding envelopes in cancels the signing process and signing request for any remaining signers and places a VOID watermark on the document(s). All recipients will receive a final notification that the envelope has been voided, and senders are required to enter a reason when voiding envelopes.
If you want to disable mobile-friendly signing, youll need your account admin to turn it off in the account settings. In the web portal, the admin should navigate to Signing Settings and then disable the option Allow recipients to view mobile-friendly documents with responsive signing.
Disable Two-Step Verification In your account, click your profile image and select Manage Profile. The My Profile site opens. Select Privacy Security. If required, log in to your account to authenticate. In the Sign-In Security section, click to toggle off Two-Step Verification.
You can add a Note for an individual recipient and the text that you enter appears only during the signing session. Notes are visible only to their assigned recipient. Notes do not remain on the completed documents.
In law, void means of no legal effect. An action, document, or transaction which is void is of no legal effect whatsoever: an absolute nullitythe law treats it as if it had never existed or happened.
