To print a draft watermark in Excel, first open the document that you want to print. Then, click on the File tab at the top of the screen. Next, click on Print in the left-hand column. In the middle of the screen, under Settings, click on the drop-down menu next to Print Quality and select Draft.
Click the File button. In the Insert Picture dialog box, locate the picture file that you want to insert. Select the picture and then select the Insert button. Move the Transparency slider in the Format Shape pane to adjust the picture.
