Note: The default viewer for PDF documents in Mac OS X is Preview. To change the file association for PDF files: 1. Select any PDF file and choose File Get Info.
How to make Preview default on Mac Click on the Finder icon in the Dock and open a new window. Navigate to any PDF file. Select the file and click Command-I or Control-click on it and select Get Info. In the Get Info window, click on the menu under Open With and select Preview. Click the Change All button.

How to change default PDF viewer in Windows 10 from Microsoft Edge to docHub. Go to Settings. Select Apps. Choose Default apps. Select the Choose default app by file type option. Select the current default app for the PDF file format and choose the app you want to make the new default.
Some PDF files will be damaged during the process of downloading or sharing. If a prompt from a PDF reader tells you that the PDF file youre trying to open is damaged, try asking for the PDF file to be re-sent, or save it to your local drive before opening it. PDF reader for Mac cant open a PDF file on Mac.
