Use the WPS PDF Viewer: The built-in PDF viewer in WPS Office allows users to open and view PDF files directly within their web browser. This eliminates the need to download files to view them, saving time and storage space.
To open PDF files stored on your computer, you can use the right-click context menu: Locate and browse for the PDF you want to view. Right-click on it. Select Open with Google Chrome. Click on Open.
Navigate to Settings Advanced Privacy and Security. Click Site Settings PDF Documents. Locate the toggle switch next to Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome. Turn the toggle on to have PDF files download, or turn it off to view files within your Chrome browser.
Open Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. Select the hamburger menu Preferences. In the Preferences dialog box, choose General in the Categories list, and then select the Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer check box.
How can I view a PDF file without downloading it? Open the Chrome web browser and select the three vertical dots in the upper right corner. Select Settings from the drop-down list. Select Advanced from the vertical menu on the left. Select Privacy and Security from the submenu that opens. Select Site Settings.
Find the PDF in your Files and open it with a double-click. Select docHub (or your preferred PDF reader) from the list of available options. If an options window doesnt appear, or if the PDF opens in another program, go back to the File view and right-click on the PDF.
How Do I Convert My Documents to a PDF? The recommended way to create a PDF is to save your document as a PDF. Best way to create an ideal PDF is, Click FILE. SAVE AS Name the document. Change the Save as Type to PDF. Click SAVE. You will now have a PDF version of your document.
