This video demonstrates how to disable PDF printing by using a PDF protection tool. Simply locate the document in Windows Explorer, right-click on it, and select "Make Secure PDF" option. In the PDF writer, go to the printing and viewing tab and deselect the allowed printing checkbox. Click on "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The protected PDF will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing will be disabled in the Secure Viewer, and the print icon will be greyed out. This effectively prevents printing using keyboard shortcuts.
