This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing. By right-clicking on the PDF document and choosing "Make Secure PDF" in the PDF writer, you can select the printing and viewing tab to ensure printing is not allowed. After publishing, the protected document will have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. The Safeguard Secure Viewer will prevent printing, as the print icon will be greyed out and keyboard shortcuts will not work. This effectively disables printing for the protected PDF file.
