So maybe in Excel or in Outlook, you have a list of maybe 30, 50, 60, maybe even hundreds of addresses and you want to print each one of those addresses onto an address label. Well, one way to do that is you could create a new address label sheet in Microsoft Word, and you could go through, and you could copy and paste each address into one of the labels and then you could print it out. But that sounds really painful and thats also going to take a long time. Today Im going to show you how you can use mail merge in Word to greatly simplify that task. On the Layout tab, in the Labels group, click Data Labels, and then click the option that you want. For additional data label options, click More Data Label Options, click Label Options if its not selected, and then select the options that you want.

Add data labels On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Double-click the chart you want to change. At the right, click Customize. Series. Check the box next to Data labels.
Change axis labels in a chart Right-click the category labels you want to change, and click Select Data. In the Horizontal (Category) Axis Labels box, click Edit. In the Axis label range box, enter the labels you want to use, separated by commas.
To format data labels, select your chart, and then in the Chart Design tab, click Add Chart Element Data Labels More Data Label Options. Click Label Options and under Label Contains, pick the options you want. To make data labels easier to read, you can move them inside the data points or even outside of the chart.
