Create a GIF With Android Just tap Library, then Utilities and Create New. Choose Animation, select the photos and tap Create. The burstlike motion photos captured on some Google Pixel phones can be converted into animated GIFs right on the device or with a third-party app.
Go to GIPHYs site and select the CREATE button in their header. For the animated GIF, select Slideshow. Organize them in the order that you want them to animate. Using the slider tool, select how fast you want the layers to loop.
6 Steps to make a GIF from pictures. Upload your images to Photoshop and place each image into its own layer. Open the Timeline Panel in Photoshop. Convert your layers into animation frames by clicking Make Frames From Layers in the right corner of the Timeline Panel. Set your GIF to Loop by clicking the repeat menu.
A GIF image can include multiple image blocks, each of which can have its own 256-color palette, and the blocks can be tiled to create a complete image.
The answer to the problem is very simple. Just open a GIF editor (or an editor that supports GIFs), then choose Remove loop option, and resave it.
Go to the Window tab and select timeline(if the timeline is not already open). At the bottom of the timeline panel, you will find an option, which says Forever. Change that to Once. Go to File Export Export for Web and save it as a gif.
Use an image editor: Open the image and select File Save As. Name the file and choose GIF from the Save as Type drop-down menu. Use a free online image converter: In Zamzar, click Add Files to select an image. Then, click Convert to and choose GIF.
GIFs are awesome, but not all apps support them properly, which is pretty disappointing. Sometimes the image will accidentally be converted to a static image if you save it to Photos from apps that dont handle them just right, or when you post to a particular service from these apps.
