In this tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to convert an Excel file to PDF format without losing formatting settings. To start, open the file tab and click on "save as", then choose the location to save the file. Select "PDF" from the drop-down menu for the save as type. Optionally, check the box to open the file after saving. Click on save to convert the file. If docHub Reader is installed, it will open the PDF file using that program.
